Terms of Engagement

1. Binding Agreement

By engaging the services of THE LIONS PREP LTD, you enter into a legally binding contract. These terms govern all delivery protocols, subscriptions, and corporate accounts.

2. Subscription and Billing

All plans are billed in advance in GBP. Subscriptions are recurring unless cancelled via the digital dashboard at least 72 hours prior to the next scheduled production cycle. No refunds are issued for cycles already in production due to the perishable nature of the biological assets (food).

3. Delivery Logistics

Delivery is restricted to valid postcodes within the Greater London area. It is the client's responsibility to provide a secure "Safe Place" for drop-off. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon successful delivery to the designated location.

4. Medical Disclaimer

THE LIONS PREP LTD is a nutritional service, not a medical provider. While we accommodate allergies, we operate in a high-volume industrial kitchen. Cross-contamination risks, though minimized, exist. Clients with life-threatening allergies must consult a medical professional before engagement.
